2019 Mayor's Cup Champions!
Parkway Little League has won the 2019 Mayor's Cup at the 9, 11, and 12 year old levels.
The Parkway 9A team got things started with a convincing a 10-2 victory over South Boston in the finals on Friday night, July 26th
The 11A team finished their flawless run on Sunday afternoon, beating out Reagan League for the championship, and finishing the tournament without allowing a single run scored against them. That team is now a 3x Mayor's Cup champion!
The 12A team also won on Sunday, winning on a walk-off home run by Gabe Malaret to end the game at 13-1 in the 5th inning, his second home run of the game. Gabe also pitched a near perfect finals game, allowing a single walk and a single hit en route to a complete game shutout.
The Parkway 10A team goes for the sweep on Thursday, August 1st at Moakley Field, playing in the finals at 5:45pm. Let's get a big Parkway crowd out to cheer them on!
